Chilli Crab Shack Pop Up Supperclub – Wed 15th October

We are very happy announce that Wild Serai popping up with their fantastic sell out Chilli Crab Shack!

Tickets £30 – Supper served at 7.30pm

Welcome cocktail – Choice of Grapefruit & Rose water cosmopolitan or a Lemongrass infused Margarit
Keropok udang – giant prawn crackers
Chicken Satay served with a tangy peanut sauce
Chilli crab  – Wild Serai’s  signature dish cooked with super fresh crabs infused in a garlic, birds eye chilli,lemongrass, lime leaves and tamarind broth, perfect for mopping up with more-ish deep fried mantou buns
Butter prawns – Madagascar king prawns tossed in a butter, curry leaf and birds eye chilli sauce, topped with toasted shredded coconut
Pineapple and cucumber salad
Steamed Jasmine rice
A selection of ice cream shots – durian or pandan and salted gula melaka ice cream
